We ship to US and Canada. Most of orders are sent via Amazon; Only a few of orders are sent from our own local warehouse. Please note our shipping period is with two weeks. Tracking information is provided & will be emailed once dispatched. Sometimes our system data did not update in time, may cause your order status is awaiting fulfillment for a long time or items were shipped out seperately. You could feel free to contact us to check if your order has confirmed&shipped.

Once the item is dispatched & the tracking information is provided, the customer is responsible for re-arranging any missed deliveries via THRUNITE.

Free shipping on orders over $49.95. Below that amount, there will be a $5.95 shipping fee.

My THRUNITE Flashlight is flash purple. What should I do? 

Please try some trouble-shootings below:

1.Make sure the flashlight head and tail cap is screwed down tight enough.

2.Battery insert in correct direction, terminal + faces to light head, - faces to tail cap

3.Use a soft cloth with alcohol to clean the contact surface of the battery tube, battery terminal + -, and circuit board inside the light head.

4.Try another Micro-USB/ type-c charging cable

5.Try a new fully charged battery
