Single press the tail switch to turn the light on/off. - Change modes
When the light is on, half press the tail switch (without hearing the “click” sound) to cycle through Firefly, Low, High, Firefly, Low, High, and Strobe. When the light is on, quick double click (within 1 second) the tail switch to cycle through Firefly, Low, High, Firefly, Low, High, and Strobe. If the second click is after 1 second but less than 10 seconds, the light will memorize the last mode. If it is after 10 seconds, the light will start from Firefly mode again. - Short Memory function
The light will turn on in the last mode accessed within a 1-10 seconds interval, except for Strobe.

5 Best carry light I've found

I really like this flashlight! At 1/2" x 5 ¼” I can put this flashlight in any pocket that I have, with or without the clip, and not even know it’s there. But, it's big enough that I can easily find it in any pocket. I always have it with me and I use it more than I thought I would. The non-adjustable beam is great for a flashlight this size. There are distinct differences in the three brightness settings. The highest setting is brighter than I thought it would be.
At first I wasn’t sure that I would like the way it operates. It only remembers your last setting for ten seconds. So basically it turns on to the "firefly" mode every time. Then, you have to either partially press the button, or, a quick off/on to increase the brightness. But, that is quickly learned so it is not a problem. Also, I thought the “firefly” mode was too dim to be useful. I was wrong. You will use it more than you think. It’s got strobe also.
To me, you get a lot of flashlight for 20 bucks. More important, it is so easy to have it on you at all times no matter what you’re wearing.

The best of feature this Thrunite Ti4 flashlight is that it has no memory of the last used brightness. It will always start in firefly mode. That's great, because it doesn't disturb anyone or spoil my night vision when ever I turn it on. It's always on my bed stand. It runs fine on just two eneloop AAA batteries. Still it is able to produce at lot of light when needed.

Pen light is small sleek and works well with 2 AA. Fits pocket well with clip. Light seems to have three settings, firefly, medium and bright. All are perfect for such a small light. Only concern that the on/off and brightness control at the rear of the light, like a retractable pen wiggles and once on is hard to manipulate the brightness control. Other than that is is a good light.

I love this light.. Multiple settings, perfect size.. I like that it has memory for last light setting used though memory only lasts 10 seconds. After that it defaults to the firefly setting. you can just 1/2 press the knob lightly and it will cycle the settings easily. I also own another product from them that memory does stay at last used power when you turn it back on possibly will be added one day... Hint, hint...
