With the light turns on, press the side switch to circle through five different mode outputs from Firefly, Low, Medium, High and Turbo. - One Key to Strobe
With the light on, press and hold the side switch for about 1 second to enter into Strobe mode (13Hz), and a single press the side switch will return to the last mode before Strobe.

TN12 light
Great light easy to use. I hardly ever use it on a setting more than the second dimmest! The brightness on the highest setting is extreme!

Good things come in small packages
Bought several of these now, really happy with them. I like them so much, I keep buying them for other people. Small (easily portable), gives off great light (packs a punch in a small package), solid construction, good battery. Thanks for the great product!

Night does not exist anymore.
Love the functionality and efficiency. At 0.4 lumen I can theoretically use this flashlight an hour a night for nearly 5 years without charging the battery. At that level running 74 days straight is insane to me.

Firefly
I do like this little light. Its powerful when you need it and economic when you want. The firefly mode is 0.4 lumen, nice to read by, lasts forever. It has 5 modes, I would have liked one more low setting between low (18 lumen) and medium (175), the 2 highest settings you rarely use. The back on/off switch is a little too far down, no biggie unless you press the thing 500 times a day like I do for work. Good product, good price, its comparable to my Fenix but for half the price. It would have been nice if it came with an 18650 battery. Recommended.

BEST UPGRADE EDC FROM ARCHER 1A
I purchased this light as a problem solver to the issues of finding great 14500 batteries... The upgrade to an 18650 battery was the best decision ever! Giving me readily available power source, not only for the torch, but to charge OTHER electronic devices!!!
The quality is superb in both my ThruNite torches but seems refined in my new TN12. Aaaand the fact that this is sturdy enough to take out on tactical missions, while water resistant, at 1000+ lumens...for $49.95!!!! Why would you even ponder?!?!
I'd highly recommend 2-18650 batteries (ThruNite brand best at 3400ma). I've used 2800ma with great success... BUT GET THE CHARGER FROM THRUNITE THAT HAS A USB AT END OF TUBE TO USE AS AUXILLARY CHARGER FOR OTHER ITEMS!

Love my ThruNite's
My first ThruNite a few years ago was the TN11S which I love and I wish I could get another one but they don't make them anymore so I purchased the TN12 (2016) XP-L v6 Max 1100 Lumen Flashlight, love the size,the lumens and the ease of use. I always let my friends know if they want a well built flashlight to buy ThruNite. Thank you

Only light i carry
I have bade 3 of these lights and i am about to order my 4th. I use them as hammers throw them across the shop. They have been droped off of cars driving down the road and run over multiple times. I have never met anyone who abuses flashlights the way i do and they last longer than anything else i have tryed. The only complaint i have is the edges around the tail cap are a little sharp but a file fixes that easily enough.

Love it!
It is a great flashlight. Very bright with long throw and just the the perfect size to carry around. The price is great too. Much cheaper than the competition but still the high quality. I already bought my second one and will buy another as a gift.
