Ordering

The customers should check their cart before checking out. Thrunite is not responsible for order discrepancies caused by the customers. If you made mistakes when ordering, please contact us immediately to see if there is chance to change. To make things simple and fair, ThruNite do NOT accept shipping address change. 

After receiving the package, please check to verify the accuracy of the items you ordered and see if there are any items missing, damaged in transit, defective or wrong(sizes, colors, etc). Should there are discrepancy caused by ThruNite, please contact us within 7seven days of the delivery date.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to process. Once your order is processed and your item(s) are in stock, orders are shipped immediately from our warehouse in USA along with a tracking number. Alternatively, you may also find your tracking number by logging into your ThruNite.com account and clicking on your order history: https://thrunite.com/account.php?action=view_orders 

If you find no tracking information after three working days since purchase, you can write to service@thrunite.com to inquire.

 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

ThruNite.com offers a selection of merchandise available in retail stores that carry ThruNite. We frequently add new items to our online selection. You may stay updated with new inventory, sales, and special offers by registering for the ThruNite.com to get newsletters. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

ThruNite accept credit cards or PayPal for online purchases. We only accept bank transfers for purchases of $1000 and above. Please contact sales@thrunite.com for more dealer opportunities.

ThruNite reserve all rights to price their products/service. Any price discrepancy cost by price adjustment  from promotions will not be remedied. The customers understand and accept all displayed product and price information on thrunite.com.

Prices and availability are subject to change by ThruNite without notice. Coupon codes should be applied and calculated during the checkout process. Coupon codes are: limited to one coupon per order, non-transferable, not valid for rain checks, not available retroactively

 

Warranty Service Policy

 

Note 1: Certain products do not enjoy this guarantee. They are gifts, products for special deals and items with special notice.

Note 2:  Items purchased from other sellers (Except ThruNite Direct at Amazon Stores) must be returned directly to those sellers for returns, refunds and exchanges. The whole warranty is subject to this term.

Note 3:  RMAs usually take 2-5 business days to process after the date of receipt. Please make sure your RMA return packages are clearly and properly marked with your name, order ID and RMA number.

 

1. 30 Days RETURN/REPLACEMENT: Any item sold by thrunite.com/ThruNite Direct at Amazon Stores can be returned to get refund within 30 days of receipt in new condition(means the intact condition for sencondary offering) with all included accessories, manuals, warranty card(if any), and combo items if you don't like it.

Note 1:  If anything is missing, a fee of 15% of the order or higher (at our discretion) may be charged. The freight caused in return will be paid by the customer.

Note 2:  Any item sold by thrunite.com/ThruNite Direct at Amazon Stores can be returned to get refund or replaced within 30 days of receipt if it is defective. The freight caused in replacement or return in this case will be born on thrunite.com.

Note 3:  The customer should contact with ThruNite immediately if they misordered/changed their minds/want to change any other information when they purchase from thrunite.com/ThruNite Amazon Stores. We will check if the order can be revised or cancelled. If it is shipped out, the customers have to bear the freights caused. Please note we do NOT accept any shipping address change. If you moved, please contact the courier to direct the delivery for you.

 

 2. 24 Months REPLACEMENT:  Any product(not battery) sold by thrunite.com/ThruNite Direct at Amazon Stores which is found to be defective under normal use and service within 24 months and more than 30 days counting from the date of purchasing with proof of purchase(eg: order ID) can be replaced with new ones.

Note 1:  Only non-battery products sold by ThruNite can be replaced if the service goes into this category. 

Note 2:  The freight casued in sending the item back to ThruNite for replacement will be paid by the cusomer and ThruNite will take care of the cost for replacement(new products, labor force) and the freight to send a new item to the customer. Currently, customers from US, Canada, Japan, Germany, UK, France, Italy can enjoy the replacement from local warehouses.

Note 3: This service is only valid for the products purchased. Replacements are not covered.

3. Lifetime Limited Warranty: For items purchased after 24 months, we will still provide warranty service, but the cost of the parts and freight(both ways) will be paid by the customers.

 ThruNite is not responsible for improper use.
